Pilates stretch is an 8-week series designed to improve your mobility. The class will utilize Pilates mat exercises that increase your range of motion. Think of it as a core + stretch class. This class will be taught by Alyssa Herrera-Set, an experienced Physical Therapist and Pilates Rehab Practitioner and founder of On the Move. This class is a mixed level pilates class - beginners are welcome.
