Carpal Tunnel

Spending a lot of time on your computer? Any tightness, pain, tingling, hand weakness? It could be because your median nerve is being squished inside the carpal tunnel. Here are some things you can do about it

  • Resist resting your wrist on the edge of your desk

  • Move and stretch your fingers and wrists 2-3x per hour for a few seconds

  • Take a walk, get that blood flowing.
