Latissimus Dorsi

The Lats are one of the few muscles that connects the extremities to the spine. If it’s tight, it can make it difficult to lift your arm overhead without straining your back. If it’s strong it can help in providing stability. Also, check out how its fibers are in line with the glute max. As with all muscles - strong and mobile is key!
