Pectoralis Muscles

Forward shoulders ↔️ Tight pecs. FYI, there is a pec major and a pec minor. Tightness could contribute to neck issues and shoulder issues. 

Pecs are great for chest pumping and push ups but, if they are chronically tight, they lead to poor posture and difficulty being able to bring your arms overhead. Try it - how high can you raise your arms if you start with your shoulders hunched forward? Not very high right? Try a stretch you can easily do at home.
