Plantar Fascia
Bottom of foot pain *could* be plantar fasciitis.
If you have plantar fasciitis, it could be because of many things including
tight calves
decreased foot strength
flat feet
decreased hip strength
overdoing movements that require being on the balls of your feet (like sprinting).
Here’s what you can do:
self massage the bottom of your foot with your toes pulled back
foot arch strengthening
calf stretching
Rolling out the bottom of your foot with an icy water bottle
glute strengthening
