Tennis Elbow aka Lateral Epicondylitis

Tennis elbow is also called lateral epicondyitis. The lateral epicondyle is a part the humerus where a bunch of muscles attach. Those muscles are your wrist extensors. Wrist extensors flex (extend) your wrist upward. This is the same motion that might happen during a tennis backhand, typing with your wrist up, or just over gripping anything.
