Lisa Nguyen

Lisa graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology and is currently a student attending the University of California, San Francisco/San Francisco State University joint DPT program.

She enjoys spending her free time traveling, exploring new places, exercising and picking up new sports or improving her skills in them such as in running, jump-roping, and snowboarding. Besides just movement, she also enjoys staying cozy through enjoying a nice latte while reading books, playing puzzle/strategy games, and creating art when inspiration strikes.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, she has cultivated a deep appreciation for culture. As a physical therapy student, she aspires to navigate an interconnected world and provide exceptional care to individuals from diverse backgrounds (whether it be their culture, age, or athletic ability) through a universal language — movement. Thus, she is excited to commence her journey into physical therapy and strives to create an inclusive work environment filled with belonging and understanding.
