Celebrate the season of love with some movement. Bring your partner, friend, or valentine to join a circuit-style Pilates class on Sunday, February 23rd, at 1:30-2:20 PM.
This class is designed for all levels. You and your exercise buddy will be rotating around your set of equipment and do exercises on the reformer, the chair, and the springboard. Then we will end with some fun partner pilates.
How to sign up: Use a class credit to register yourself. Once you’re signed up, Charvi will send an email to help add your workout buddy (your partner's registration will be free).
