What is this part of the brain called? The Hypothalamus

Why is it important? It can be activated by stress!

What is stress? It;s a state of threatened homeostasis, resulting in some imbalance. There can be a stressor that’s responsible for imbalance like deprived resources, social conflict or a pandemic… And in response to the imbalance, the body shows a stress response.

Are there ways to remediate it’s effects? Yes! Some ways include having control over the stress, being able to predict the stress or having an outlet for frustration.
