ball buster

I went to Balance Fitness in San Mateo today.  They sell new and certified pre-owned fitness equipment.  The guy there told me that the most common lawsuit in the fitness industry is people being injured while doing exercises on a fitness ball.  Apparently the balls burst and people fall hard.  Interesting.  They also sell a TRX look-alike for way less than the real TRX and a better version of the BOSU ball which has a flat top.  

I also met with another local physical therapist in the area who has been running her own clinic, working by herself, for 15+ years.  I’m hoping we can share information… though I’m sure she has much more to give me than I her.  It was really inspirational to see what a big beautiful place she has.  One day…
